Form for exercising your personal data protection rights

The purpose of this form is to make it easy for people to exercise their rights concerning personal data processed by companies within the OVH Group as a data controller (e.g. forms on the website, data related to orders and bills, requests received by OVH support, etc.), and help you receive information on this processing.

This form must not be used if your request concerns data hosted by an organisation other than companies within the OVH Group (e.g.: deletion of content on a website hosted by a third party on OVH servers, dereferencing online content, etc.). In this case, you will need to contact the organisation directly. For security reasons, sending personal data is conditional on OVH being able to identify the requestor. For this reason, your request must be as precise as possible.

Any manifestly excessive or baseless requests will be refused.

To exercise your rights on data concerning your identity, please attach a copy of your ID, unless the documents you send as part of your request can be used as proof of identity

**: In compliance with article 12(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, the individual concerned may exercise their rights using the digital identity data when this data is required and deemed sufficient by the data controller to authenticate users. This is why OVH requests for you to specify the customer ID (NIC handle) for all of the OVH customer accounts you are filling in this request for. If you have other OVH customer accounts but do not specify the NIC handles in this request, they will not be taken into account.

The information collected via this form is used to process your request, and will be used to provide you with a response.
It is processed and sent to OVH's Data Protection Officer (DPO), and if required, to services within companies under the OVH Group concerned in order to process your request.
